3 Years Warranty
Up to 36 months service warranty for customised curtain installation & technical defects that occurred on the rail track, brackets, hooks & related accessories.
1 month service warranty for blinds.
1 month curtain fabric warranty (for fabric from RM27 per meter and above) & alteration warranty (effective from date of collection or installation).
What is not covered under our service warranty
- Wear & tear of product.
- Damage or spoilage due to own negligence or more serious ; wreckages caused by natural disaster such as flood, thunderstorm , etc.
- Loss or pilferage of products.
- Incorrect handling or use which includes abuse.
- Incorrect use of cleaning agents or neglected maintenance care.
- Discolouration of product/s not limited to tracks, hooks, fabrics, pulleys, rail tracks , etc due to paint wearing off or electroplating peeling off.
Care and maintenance
Never wash in washing machine, keep your curtain dust-free by regular gentle vacuuming with the appropriate attachment or dry cleaning service.
As noted, we will service our products for free during the period, and this service is also available for a charge after the period ends.
